After breakfast at the hotel, the group packs up and departs for Independence hall where David Ben-Gurion proclaimed the state of Israel on May 14, 1948. The group then heads north to the coastal plain and visits Caesarea, on of Israel's most important cities in the roman Period. After lunch, the group explores the 2,000 year old water tunnel at Park Alona, the water source for ancient Caesarea. The group then heads north towards the Kinneret (sea of Galilee) and checks into the Pastoral Kfar Blum in Upper Galilee.
